Known comparable dosages to Premarin 0.625 mg for menopausal flashes have generally been determined to be: Estrace 1.0 mg ~ Estraderm 50 mcg ~ Ogen 0.625 mg (0.75 mg if measured as "estropipate"). These drugs are also approved for osteoporosis in the same dosages, except Estrace, where .05 mg is sufficient.
